We offer fully furnished, move-in-ready temporary housing so you can focus on settling in, not house hunting.

The Edson Community Care Foundation provides interest-free loans of up to $50,000 to help with relocation, setup, or any personal transition needs.

The Edson Medical Centre is a centralized, Town-owned clinic designed to reduce your start-up costs and streamline your ability to launch or join a practice.

Eligible physicians and nurses practicing in Edson can access up to $60,000 in loan forgiveness for doctors and $30,000 for nurses through the Government of Canada.

We’re an approved location for Alberta’s Rural and Remote Family Medicine Resident Physician Bursary, and qualify under the Rural, Remote, Northern Program (RRNP) for additional financial incentives.

As a rural Alberta community, Edson is also eligible for additional supports and incentives through Alberta Health Services, tailored to physicians and healthcare teams serving rural communities.
